Conversion of drd's OSWD submission of January 2006. Has been downloaded more than 8000 times from there and called "absolutely beautiful" and "work of art". It's optimized for Gala 36 and the like. Only a few menu items fit in the Top Bar Menu. That's why (not all) 1st level entries are being replaced by cool High Contrast icons!
