The mapper package provides a simple interface to mapserver servers. A copy of the current Mapserver application can be found at
php_mapscript This is the prefered source for a windows build as it can be added to an existing Apach/PHP setup, the linux builds can be found at the Mapserver Website.

Currently the links to the target maps are hard coded into the package, but hopefully we can improve on that over time.
A demo of the package working on my local server can be found here, and a sub set of the files required to build it are located with the package in CVS.
